Brick Break Flamethrower Close Combat (Combined with an item to reset stats.) and Shadow Claw Dragonite should know... Dragon Claw Iron Tail Flamethrower (Combined with an item to power up Fire moves.) and Brick Break Empoleon should know... Hydro Pump Surf Iron Tail and Shadow Claw (Combined with an item to power up Ghost moves.) Roserade should know... Energy Ball Shadow Ball (Combined with same as Empoleon.) Sludge Bomb and Weather Ball (Combined with a Pokemon that knows Rainy Day, Sunny Day, etc.) Staraptor should know... Fly Giga Impact Toxic and Close Combat (Combined with same as Infernape.)
