the monster in the resort area is just a lvl 100 magikarp. its really no use since it wont be able to evolve.[edit] But it can evolve with a water stone i think
i thought it would be a wailord. i saw a lvl 73 magikarp so i thought i was close to catching it. im not even gonna bother anymore. It is a lv 100 magikarp but you can't use a water stone on it
