k other dude was an ass. u MUST have beat the elite 4. go east of the electric gym dudes city and surf. cintinue east until u see a house. go in. talk to the granny. say challange contest. she will give pamtre. to get 5 plant one and wait 3 human days. and wait for the magic of a blender in lillycove contest place. blend 5 pamtre feed to febas and it'll evolve! ^^^^ No sir, this guy is an ass. You do not have to beat the elite 4. go to lilycove and get the pokeblock case. then follow the instructions from there (go to the house with the berry masters wife, or "granny" as this ass refers to her as and enter the words CHALLENGE CONTEST). Actually, the second answer is inaccurate. In order to get the Pamtre Berry, you MUST delete the Elite Four like the first person stated, no exceptions. Beating the Elite Four allows you to unlock and use words like "contest" and "super" when people ask you things, like the Berry Master's Wife. After you have beaten the Elite Four, go to the Berry Master's house and tell his wife the phrase "Challenge Contest", and she will give you the Pamtre Berry. Also, I am pretty sure she will give you only one of each berry that requires special phrases, so plant them and use them wisely!
