No, unfortunately there isn't. To get all of the Pokemon get ds action replay (£14.99 in UK) then you will just have to scroll down the exceedingly long list of Pokemon then catch them by holding select and going into wild grass. Repeat this process until you have every Pokemon. Note: the list of Pokemon contains every Pokemon ever invented and it goes down in the same order as the national pokedex in pearl. I know this could take ages but there's no other way to do it. Hope i helped! ;-)
