Goku does not turn super saiyan 6 or 5 in fact. and it only goes up to super saiyan 3 in the manga and super saiyan 4 in the cartoon.
You don't actually see him "directly." Basically he disappears at the end and the episode ends with his "great great? grandson..." who looks just like him being trained by Pan (who is now his grandmother). She tells him about how Goku was the greatest fighter in the universe. There's a scene where Goku, in his grown up form talks to the young Goku (the great great grandson). Then disappears again. So yeah he grows up to his normal size, but not instantly by the power of the dragonballs or anything. He just grows up normally again.
Goku can only transform up to ssj4 which is super sayian because that was his last transformation at the end of DBZ and DBZ GT.
Well, he claims to be scared of nothing, but, to my delight we find he is terrified of worms... :D In episode 259, Vegito (the fusion of Goku and Vegeta) is eaten by Buu, then, after a series of unfortunate events (haha) Vegeta and Goku (Buu's stomach acids kills the magic fusing them together) find worms in Buu. :) They find a little one, and then his brother comes, the brother then calls for their father. At which point, Vegeta almost throws up... :) (btw, I think 259 is the most hilarious episode yet! :) but, that's just my opinion...) Anyway, I would usually go on and on and on about the episode and what happens after it, but, I feel like I do that to much, "It's quality, not quantity" ~ Vegito... :) This happens in Episode 274 of the FUNimation Dub of Dragonball Z. What happens is small amino acids try to dissolve Goku inside of Super Buu, and they call a big worm. Goku powers up and blasts all the amino acids off of him and the worm. Then an identical worm comes along, and its at this point we realize not only can the worms talk, but they're brothers. The new arrival then calls for his Dad, wherein the scene with Vegeta begins, threatening to puke, hiding behind Goku, and other hilarious things for such a high-class saiyan
He doesn't because Namek was going to blow up. Goku went in a Ginyu Force member's ship and put in random coordinates. He woke up on a random planet called Yardrat. It is theorized that Goku was learning the Instant Transmission technique when he was haled to return. Since Goku is stronger than the eternal dragon he was able to refuse returning.
# Well goku & Vegeta were both equal up to the very last episode # They battled, Vegeta won, but goku said he was just getting started.
cell fights goku super sayin and goku gives up and lets gohan try
Episode 77 and 78 is kinda the prelude...He ends up fighting krillin, gohan, and vegeta for awhile then Piccolo shows up and they fight...Goku wakes up at episode 86 and that's when the fun begins =] hope this helped (>0.o)>
it has a bit of an intro of the battle in episode: 214 - Vegeta's Pride the main fight is in: 215 - The long awaited fight and it ends in: 216 - The magic ball of buu
Gotenks first appears in the episode time struggle

they go into it in the season 5 during the perfect cell saga
After Goku defeats Piccolo Jr., he then goes to marry Chi-Chi but the Ox-King gets trapped in a fire again and he finds his grandpa in the otherworld, gets rid of the fire, and marries Chi-Chi.
In Dragonball (the series before DBZ) Tien and Chioutsu already knew it and Krillin learned it from them, and Goku learned it from training with Mr.Popo and Kami, and the rest most likely just learned it from them.
I think that the episode trunks show when he was a baby was episode 150 - 170.they first show trunks with sword and new born baby trunks in the episode when goku finally returns from the planet namek :)
