It's called 'Eternal Moonshine of the Simpson Mind'
The episode is called HOMR and is the ninth episode of the twelfth season.
Technically Yes because he always ends up strangling Bart!! Lolz :)
Christmas is nearly ruined when Marge has to spend all of the family's gift money to remove Bart's tattoo. After Homer doesn't get his Christmas bonus he becomes a department store Santa to raise more cash, but blows it all at the dog racetrack.
It's not the "homer the Smithers" episode is it? This is the one where homer covers for Smithers while he is on holiday but ends up punching Burns in the face. Burns then fires Smithers as he feels he no longer needs him, since he has toughened up after his beating. Smother has to consider other jobs, one of them is distracting Barney during the midnight beer delivery at moes. Homer talks him out of this job and commits to getting him his old job back, the beer delivery then arrives but is raided by Barney.

Season 5, Episode 20The Boy Who Knew Too Much
Shut up, Flanders!!! The Simpsons is much of both... for example, when Homer's mom really does die, Homer stays in bed a lot, and Bart tries to cheer him up by saying, "Um... well, yesterday, i was talking to grandma, and i said ,'Homer sucks' and then she said, 'He doesn't suck that bad'," Homer says, "She said i didn't suck?" Bart says, "That bad" Homer says, "Awwww," Bart says, "Yeah". And then usually it'll give a smart little insult about companies or religion (Curse him for making fun of Jesus!).
