Well to make the fences actually buy your stolen items/items you will need to join the thieves guild. Howether i know of 3. When You Join The Thieves guild you will be able to activate the fence in bruma. and then when you get further in the guild you will be able to activate the girl in bravil (normally at the lonely suitor lodge at around 9/10pm). then when you have nearly completed the guild you will be able to activate the one in the imperoal city - the dark elf (who has a massive 1500 to sell your stolen goods)! i cannot tell you the names as that would kinda be spoiling Eh. Lol ;D
