In Sims 2 can your sims get married at a community lot with a wedding party?

No you cant I don't think. Not that i am aware of....Maybe if you try getting sims OFB then buy your own lot it might work but i don't think so? On sims 3 though you can and i would highly recommend it.

On Sims 2 you can buy wedding arches in the 'buy catalogue' under party i think. On My Sims you cannot get married, i don't think. On Sims 3 you have to go to a church. Hope i helped

Technically you can't, but right when the first person arrives you can "Ask Everyone to Leave" and they'll all go home without anyone getting married yet. Your sim will eventually get an unhappy moodlet that they missed the wedding party :/

To make the wedding better, throw a wedding party for your Sims and have them go under the wedding arch and get married (by clicking on the wedding arch and clicking "get married") then the people invited to the party will cheer as your Sims get married and then they will say that they had a great time at your party!
