No, not so far in The Sims 3 you can't. You can have a wedding party at any community location though, and get married anywhere in your sims 3 town!

No you cant I don't think. Not that i am aware of....Maybe if you try getting sims OFB then buy your own lot it might work but i don't think so? On sims 3 though you can and i would highly recommend it.Hope this helps!xxx
