In Pokemon diamond i go to oreburgh city and for my trainer card i get a choice to be a lady idol socialite or cowgirl i don't like this options is there a way to get the other options like lass?

You can't change it. I got that too. You have to restart the game in order to get new options. Once I restarted it I got Ace Trainer, Lass, Socialite, and Cowgirl.
