You're going to have a hard time with some gyms, and you can't really use him/her in the elite four. But in your first gym you can use a machop (rock type is weak t fighting type) But you should make it through okay. My reccomended team: Turtwig (grass), Ponyta (fire), Starly (air), Magikarp/Gyrados (water), Machop (fight), Kadabra (phsychic) ~ Remi
