the only way to reset your runescape account is by boting for 24+ hours on a legit botting program which you can get at rsbots.net since they dont band these bots due to the lack of evidence they lower stats by 5,10,20s or all the way back to level 3 (ps i have tested it) all stats lowered by 12 this is just to make botters feel like they wasted time getting a 99 stat but some off us like me bot to revert back to pures with high level quest complete :D
