How do you release a Pokemon in Pokemon SoulSilver?

You just go to the PC in the orange place- then you click on which ever Pokemon you wanna release. it will say: Move

Click on realease it shoud ask you if you really want to . then you click yes. and it realeases it. Hope this helped

you need to go to somebodies PC on the computer and select anything that has to do with Pokemon NOT ITAMS. select the Pokemon you want to release and it will slowly shrink till it go buy-buy 8-)
