The Volador was more of ritual then a game. The warrior dressed like a giant bird would jump from high platform on a pole with a rope tied to his waist of feet. He would swing around the pole as the rope slowly unraveled usually 13 revolutions until he reach the ground. This ritual was usually perform in celebration of the new year.

You weren't allowed to use your hands, head, or feet. Sometimes when someone wins, they would have to do a sacrifice.
