I dont really know what you mean with this question, if you mean how to you make a crafting table in Minecraft Pocket Edition, it cant be done. The Minecraft on your iPhone is only in alpha version, which means that craft hasnt been invented yet.

Press the "i" key, the inventory should come up, near the top you'll see for boxes, here you can craft stuff, if you put one would plank in each of the crafting boxes, you can craft a crafting table, which allows you to craft more stuff that you not be able to craft using the four boxes in your inventory. After version 1.4 was released, some of the hotkeys changed. Now you have to press "e" and not "i" to open the inventory with the crafting.
