First of all, do you mean garage? If so, Just build a room separated from your house. Then you place a car parking spot (find in outdoor section in buy mode) inside of your "garage". Then, Go into doors in buy mode and go down to the bottom, you will see a large garage door, place that. Paint your garage however you want and then you're done.
