Is there any way to cheat a pokewalker?
Since there are no codes for Heart Gold yet, I know a little secret...... You know when you put a Pokemon on the Pokewalker, if saves afterward. Well, while its saving turn off the power. Now you have two of that pokemon. One in your PC box and one on the pokewalker. :-)
How do you turn on a pokewalker?
Take the plastic strip out of the PokeWalker and hold the Center Button for a few seconds. A symbol should pop up. To actually activate the PokeWalker, turn on your DS, choose "connect to PokeWalker" in the menu before accessing your save file. Choose a Pokemon, and put the Pokewalker right next to the DS Game Card. When the DS is trying to connect to it, hold the center button for a few seconds and the transfer will occur. (Make sure there are batteries in the PokeWalker first).
How do you connect to the PokeWalker after you have started a new game in Pokemon SoulSilver?
You'll need to wait until you catch at least one other Pokemon, then store it in your PC. Save then restart, in the main menu go to "Connect to Pokewalker". Or turn to pg. 52 in the instruction booklet and read the part that says How to restart your pokewalker!

How do you register a Pokemon walker?
After you have reached a point in the game where you can save it, save it and turn the game off. Turn back on the game. On the menu, where it has the options Continue, New Game, etc, there should be a new option called PokeWalker. Click that. There should be an option that says 'Register PokeWalker'.

first log into your saved game and go to a PC store a Pokemon in your computer and then save and turn off the game then go to pokewalker after restarting it, choose go for a stroll. i hope this helped

How do you use a Pokewalker?
You click the big button in the middle to turn it on and to put a Pokemon on it go to the main screen where you usually click your file but don't and go down to "Connect To Pokewalker" then you will click"go for a stroll" then click the pokemonyou want and it will be on your pokewalker. You walk around with your pokewalker and it gets watts and watts buy you different paths

when you turn your game on press the one under new game which should have connect to pokewalker on it then you press take your Pokemon for a stroll or what ever then you choose your Pokemon, choose which route then you press pass the writing and it will say connecting to pokewalker and before that you press the middle button of the pokewalker twice and it should send over
