first you have to defeat all 16 trainers and beat red at mt silver you get the kanto starters from prof oak and you have to beat silph co. hen steven tone will ask you a color red=torchic blue=mudkip green= treecko but you only get to have one
In Heart Gold and Soul Silver:He appears after reaching Kanto for the first timeHe tells you about one of the Lati@s pair while you help out CopycatAfter defeating Red, he will be in Silph Co. to offer you a Hoenn starter pokémon.
No you can not. You can only stay in Shinno in Platinum. On Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver you can go to Kanto but not Hoenn and Shinno.
If you are talking about the 8th gym leader in Johto, you go to New Bark Town, surf east, and go to the Pokemon League. If it's the 8th gym leader in Kanto, go to Saffron City to receive a Hoenn starter from Steven Stone.
after you beat red on Mt. Silver go to Professer Oak and get one of the Kanto starters. then goto Mr. Pokemon go get a red/blue orb, then go to the embedded tower to get Groudon/Kyogre, then finally go to Silph co. and talk to Stephen. He will ask you to choose one of three stones. Red Stone=Torchic Blue Stone=Mudkip Green stone =Treecko
After defeating all 16 gym leaders, Steven Stone, the Champion of the Hoenn League, will give you one of the Hoenn starters depending on which stone you picked.or by hacking if you need it before you do all that stuff
No the English version of heat gold does not have hoenn starters. But it has kanto starters after you beat the Elite 4.
You cannot go to the Hoenn region in Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver. Just because you get a Hoenn starter from Steven Stone (Hoenn League Champion) doesn't mean you go to the Hoenn region.
Steven is in Silph Co. in Saffron city
first you have to defeat all 16 trainers and beat red at mt silver you get the kanto starters from prof oak and you have to beat silph co. hen steven tone will ask you a color red=torchic blue=mudkip green= treecko but you only get to have one
no only johto and kanto but you can get the 3 hoenn starters
After you defeat the champion in heartgold, go to professor oak once you've cleared out all the gyms and beaten red to see the credits for a second time- he'll reward your efforts with your choice of one of bulbasaur, squirtle or charmander. Then go see steven in the silph co building in saffron. he will give you one of the hoenn starters by picking a colour, you'll get either torchic, mudkip or treecko.
To get a hoenn starter from steven, as well as get a kanto starter from prof. oak, you must first beat the kanto elite four (the stronger version of the johto elite four.) after that, you must go to mount silver and find red; you must beat him to get the kanto and hoenn staters of your choice. red is the strongest computer trainer in every Pokemon game that exists, so beware. his team: pikachu lvl 88, lapras lvl 80, snorlax lvl 82, venusaur lvl 84, blastoise lvl 84, charizard lvl 84. another piece of advice: if you have the hoenn or kanto gba game, you will be able to get all the starters through importing. so if you are worried about who to choose, you should have no fears.
The only things that happen after you beat Red are that you are given the Kanto and Hoenn starters from Oak (in his lab) and Steven Stone (in Silph co.) Otherwise, congratulations! You just beat the hardest trainer in the game... and showed Ash Kechum who's boss.
Battle Red. Catch Groudon(SS) or Kyogre(HS). Obtain one of the three Hoenn starters from Saffron City. Obtain one of the Kanto starters from Prof. Oak.
You can do many things, you can get the hoenn starters by talking to steven stone in silph co you can catch groudon by talking to mr Pokemon then going to the embedded tower( on the route to the safari zone) trde kyogre with a friend with Pokemon heart gold and talk to oak to get a rayquaza
