you need to trade rotom over to hg/ss and bring it to saffron city, to silph co. and up the elevator that rotom fixxes up in a room there are the other 5 forms of rotom you can only get 1 of them tho...

If you have 6 rotoms, you can have all 6 forms of rotom. be sure to read the book on the table or desk, it may tell you something useful. this information was solely for the heartgold and soulsilver versiopns

Eterna. You have to have the Secret Key. Go into the Team Galactic Base, and walk into the top left corner of the room. There is a secret passage here, hit 'A' to activate it.
