go to silph co in saffron city in kanto have rotom in the lead position, and take the elevator. If you have 6 rotoms, you can have all 6 forms of rotom. be sure to read the book on the table or desk, it may tell you something useful. this information was solely for the heartgold and soulsilver versiopns
What city do you get Rotoms other forms?
Eterna. You have to have the Secret Key. Go into the Team Galactic Base, and walk into the top left corner of the room. There is a secret passage here, hit 'A' to activate it.
