You cannot get Car Mods For san Andreas without modding the Console itself. Modding Can Range From Free to , well alot, depending on how you plan to do it. Look around on the internet For ways To "Soft mod" your console for a cheaper way to mod your console. From their, you would have to find a way to change the skins of cars, and their characteristics. This might already be done, so look around on the internet, if not, you would have to change and make the Hex code youself

Since there are lots of different mods and different places to get it modded, it depends, but I am guessing that it would be around $100 to get it modded. I do not recommend getting it modded though, as it is in a shaky spot of whether it is legal or not, and Microsoft could find out and ban your account.
