You can not get hacks on your Xbox 360 with modding it. Since there are lots of different mods and different places to get it modded, it depends, but I am guessing that it would be around $100 to get it modded. I do not recommend getting it modded though, as it is in a shaky spot of whether it is legal or not, and Microsoft could find out and ban your account.
You cannot get Car Mods For san Andreas without modding the Console itself. Modding Can Range From Free to , well alot, depending on how you plan to do it. Look around on the Internet For ways To "Soft mod" your console for a cheaper way to mod your console. From their, you would have to find a way to change the skins of cars, and their characteristics. This might already be done, so look around on the internet, if not, you would have to change and make the Hex code youself
You will know if your PS2 Slim is modded if you are able to access things for free that you would normally have to purchase. For example, if a game add-on is available for sale from the PlayStation network, a modded PS2 may have access to this game at no charge. Another common modification given to these systems is the ability to play disks and programs that are not meant for these systems.
Yes, you modify the .jar file. You would not be able to mod the in-browser version.
The simplest way is to have more than one computer running it. However the much more practical method for doing this would be to hack/modify the game with what is called multi-client. You can either do it yourself with some hex editing tools you can find online or you can get a pre-made multi-client which only requires you to replace the conquer app in the conquer folder with the modded one. Elitepvpers.de has both a walkthrough for making one for yourself and an updated pre-made one on their forums.
Use The Ak47 Fully modded then grenade the bottom part 3 or 5 tries would do the trick shoot top box first then grenade the bottom with the expolsives.
It is possible to edit some games, for example GTA IV can be modded on the Xbox 360 by first putting it on the hardrive and then viewing the files in the hardrive, editing them and then playing the game. (at least I think so). I do not think GTA San Andreas can be modded, you would need to get a hardrive viewer which can be found on Amazon but sorry, I forget the name of it.
I would buy the Kinect for your Xbox but not a modded controller as you will get suspended if you play with a modded controller.
Because without modify scienctific inquiry would not work

Because the previous answerer lied, I had to come and save the day. No, mods are NOT illegal. If the game company has made it so that the game can be modded, it can be modded and the mods can be downloaded without getting into any trouble.
um no....there already is a pelican dependencie/tag in the halo3 game(.map files) and halo3 canot be modded, well only forge modded currently, and why would you want to modify the halo2 modle/dependencie of a pelican into a halo3 .map file? it just doesnt make since.
A modded controller helps you fire rapidly and other things. It also can get you suspened from the Xbox LIVE service. If you are going to get a Modded controller I would get it from gamersoption.com. I heard that theirs are the only ones that don't get suspended from xbox live.
Why would you want to do this? It is illegal to modify the SRS in any way without prior approval from the NHTSA.
Do you mean a "modded" xbox? XBL has routinely done a sweep over XBL to find modded consoles, if yours get flagged, it's goodbye XBL.
Would depend entirely on what you want to modify it for, which you haven't told us.

You would have to find a modded map over the internet, and save it in the maps file.
