I found a combee on a tree i'd put honey on very early in the game, before eterna forest. I know it's at random, but you can try that. once you put honey on a tree, you have to wait twelve hours for a Pokemon to be in it. and you have 15 minutes ONLY to try to catch/battle it. So time it right.
