Pineco is very rare. The only way to find it is to Headbutt trees. I've heard that Pineco is mostly found by people who Headbutt trees around New Bark Town.
The amount of times you need to headbutt a tree to find a Pokemon can vary. Sometimes, it may only take one try to find a Pokemon. Other trees may never hold Pokemon for you.
I don't know all of the Pokemon that can learn Headbutt, but I know that Cubone can learn it.

first you get headbutt in the ilex forest then you headbutt trees in the forest the you could find hoothoots (common) kakunas (rare) weedles (common) and last pineco (rare)
You can fiind wurmple at the bug catching contest on Thusdays and Saturdays or by using headbutt on trees outside of battle.
