To get an aipom you have to slather honey on a sweet smelling tree. Then you have to wait, I think around 6 hours for the tree to rustle. Your game can be turned off. Then push A on the tree and you might get either a combee, a burmy, a cherubi, an aipom or a munchlax. you can get combee and aipom with your pokedek you will need fly or you can walk it there.
