Train it as you train all pokemon.
It's pretty obvious... EV train (I suggest EV Training in Defense)...
yes.. you can
That also happened to me. But the reason why is because either you accidentally entered the stats wrong or you accidentally EV trained your Pokemon when you were battling with it. When you're simply raising Pokemon, they could get EV's by accident. Since EV's are invisible, you can't determine why this happened. And the IV Calculators require you to enter in EV's so it can calculate the average IV's. For help on EV's, try this searching this on google: "What are EV's?"

of course you can unless the level of the Pokemon is to low to reach 252. just EV train until it wont allow you to give your Pokemon anymore.

How far are you in the game? Victory road always works, or using your VS seeker. Or, you can EV train. You can search the information if you want to ev train. It can boost stats by a big chunk each time you level.

There are 2 ways... Easy or Hard... Easy __________________________________________________________________ Battle Pokemon with weakest and don't let your Pokemon go 10 levels apart of the weakest one. Hard __________________________________________________________________ Same as above exept you EV IV train them... Your Pokemon would be like Pokemon on starieds
i am afraid to tell you that no Pokemon is the strongest it all depends on IV's, Ev's, Nature, Abilities, Characteristics, and moveset.
