Free talking penguins can type whatever they want to say on Club Penguin. To do this, you will see a blue bar on the screen below. There will be a dark blue space to type what you want to say. Use your mouse to click there and then you can type. You cannot type punctuation and/or numbers there by the way. Another way to chat for free talking penguins is on the blue bar at the bottom of the screen, there will be a speech bubble on the very left of the screen. Click on that and choose what you want to say from there. Words with arrows mean there's more words when you scroll there.

Ultimate safe chat penguins are the penguins who cannot say whatever they want but can still talk. They can only say certain stuff. They are usually the younger people who plays Club Penguin such as people under the age of 13.
