You must first place the Odd Keystone in the Hallowed Tower. Then you must meet 30 different people in the Underground. Afterwards, a Spiritomb should appear at the Hallowed Tower. Save in front of it and talk to it. If it is not shiny, then keep reseting your game until it is.

You can catch Spiritomb when you have gone Underground and talked to 30/50 people underground and then go to the Hallowed Tower and insert an Odd Keystone into it, then Spiritomb should appear. It will be at Level 50. I suggest starting with Quick Balls and then Dusk Balls. If you plan to get Spiritomb's HP down, I will say that Spiritomb has no weaknesses, so it should be easy to get it's HP down. Eventually, if the battle has lasted so long, use Timer Balls.
