When you enter the Safari Zone,after you've defeated the elite four,go to the foot of the bridge where you need your arcobike. Go to the patch of trees on your right,you should see an opening that wasen't there before. Go into the opening and you should see a person there. From where that person is standing,go up. In that area there should be patches of grass,walk around in the grass and be patient because this Pokemon is rare. One more tip:Bring your arcobike,and make it hop.
