You have to use you kinzchat phone. If your friends are on Webkinz, you can power on your kinzchat phone, chose the friend that you would like to come over, and then click the 'invite' button. hope this helps!

How do you get Webkinz underwater room?
you have to buy an underwater pet ( a manatee or a goldfish). However, once you have an underwater room, anyone can go in that room. The other pets don't have to be underwater pets. For instance, if you buy a manatee, and you already have a cat, you're cat can go in the underwater room.
