Go to Relic Castle. Battle a few physics that are there. Then, go and talk to a backpacker lady who is there. She will give you a choice between two fossils, the Cover Fossil and the Plume Fossil. Choose the Plume Fossil. After that, go back to the Nacrene Museum. There are two desks at the entrance, one to the left and one to the right. Talk to the man beside the right desk and he will transform your Plume Fossil into a Level 25 Archen. Hope this helps!
