Go to Oreborough City (The mining place) and there should be an Ace Trainer in the Pokemon centre. If you talk to her, she'll give you options on what your sprite can be, but it only shows up in the union rooms and things like that, and not in the actual game. (There's AR codes to change your sprite ingame, though.)
Where do you get the grievous orbin Pokemon Pearl?
There is no griesous orb in Pokemon pearl. When you enter the union room with a Pokemon holding it while playing Pokemon platinum, it will go into your bag and you cannot give it back until you exit the room. You cannot get it in pearl sorry.
