Hello, I thought this was weird when I first saw this question This may be occurring Because you may have made another account a while ago with the same email as you are trying to use now, or you may have been banned and they know it's you so you could use a different email, or you could check to see if the passwords are the same when you confirm same with the email if you have used a different one, and if you have made an old account the names must be different and must be different to anybody else's username, However, if my answer is late and you have made one, Club Penguin could have been busy doing whats new or they may of had a few technical difficulties occurring, that have been fixed.
