When you pick it up, a level 60 Agron will appear. I recommend the master ball for this. After getting the GS Ball go to Kurt the pokeball man and he will investigate. Leave and come back and he will talk about noise in the Ilex Forest. Go to the shrine and find a level 30 Legendary It's green and white and its a psycic grass type called CELEBI
