A easier way of getting latios/latias is migrating it to your Pokemon soul silver/ heart gold game. the pal park is in fuchisa city in the kanto . You can migrate latias from Pokemon ruby or emerald and latios from sapphire or emerald ( Pokemon ruby, sapphire,and emerald are gameboy games)
