Cobalion -> Route 6, from the old man who mentions a legendary creature in the area, use Surf and make your way east to its cave. Virizion -> Pinwheel Forest. Head north from the entrance until you see a hole in the fence to your left. Make your way through, until you see the entrance to its glad. The entrance will be blocked until you have encountered Cobalion. Terrakion -> Victory Road. Again, Cobalion must have been encountered first.

If you have already caught them and saved, you cannot re-battle them again. If you made them faint, you have to battle the Elite Four again to make them respawn.
