Well First you CAN'T Buy It. But You can Find it In Caves Of In Grass Or Hidden Items! BUT maybe later on in the game like the after game you can buy it! Glad I Could Help BTW i love Pokemon! my team for no reason in Pokemon platinum Rapidash Lv.53 Luxio Lv.52
