Yanma can sometimes be found on Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum in the Great Marsh in Pastoria City. You could also catch and evolve a yanma from HeartGold or SoulSilver (found on Route 35 during a swarm) and trade it over to your Pokemon Diamond version. Yanma evolves once it learns AncientPower. You can obtain yanma on Firered or Leafgreen version in Ruin valley and migrate it over to your Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum version have it learn AncientPower...and there you have it, you're very own yanmega.
First, obtain the national 'dex after seeing (or catching) all of the Pokemon in Sinnoh. Then restart your original DS or DS lite and insert your GBA (Ruby, Emerald, Saphire, Firered, Leafgreen) Pokemon game into the second slot. Then, on the main screen, it should say "Migrate from [GAME TITLE]" Trivia: Pokemon D/P will misspell Firered and Leafgreen's version names, separating them into two words. Hope this helps!
Yes if you have Pokemon firered and Pokemon diamond for instance you can migrate your firered Pokemon into your diamond version!
No you must migrate a charizard from firered or leafgreen.

If you are playing your Pokemon: FireRed versionon a Nintendo DS lite and when you insert your Pokemon: Diamond, Pearl or Platinum version (or HeartGold or SoulSilver). And you do not see the "Migrate From FireRed" option on the game's Menu, do one of two things. 1. Do you have the National Dex on Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold or SoulSilver? If you answered yes to that, 2. Is you FireRed cartridge a clear red instead of a soiled Red? If so, then your FireRed version is a fake. Don't worry, though. You can still do everything you can on a regular FireRed Version exept go to the Union Room, and Migrate. This Fake will do NO HARM to your GBA or DS. But it would'nt be a good Idea to Try and use A GameShark or Action Replay on it.* If your FireRed Catridge is a solid Red, you might have used to many Cheats on it. as this a peradently damage your game.
No you can not trade from GBA games to Pokemon Diamond/Pearl but instead you can migrate. If you mean the original Pokemon Red (as in the second version to ever be released) then no.If you mean Pokemon FireRed, the last answerer was accurate in saying you can't trade, but migrate.
