First, obtain the national 'dex after seeing (or catching) all of the Pokemon in Sinnoh. Then restart your original DS or DS lite and insert your GBA (Ruby, Emerald, Saphire, Firered, Leafgreen) Pokemon game into the second slot. Then, on the main screen, it should say "Migrate from [GAME TITLE]"
Trivia: Pokemon D/P will misspell Firered and Leafgreen's version names, separating them into two words.
