4 to 6 cups That "4 to 6 cups" answer is so far from being correct, that it's left me assuming the person answered as a gag. Ohhh...maybe the person was thinking of emu eggs or something. If 12 egg whites could equal 6 cups, that's saying 2 egg whites is equivalent to a whole cup. NO WAY if we're talking about chicken eggs. 12 egg whites are approximately equal to 1 and 1/2 cups. It depends upon the size of the chicken eggs.
I have a recipe that calls for 2 cups of eggs whites only ,so how many does it take?
Hi
1 2/8 pounds of eggs make a pound of egg whites. this is just a calculated estimate (meaning there is a 85% chance that it is right.)
6 medium egg whites equal 3 whole eggs
You would need three eggs for three egg whites. The whites of the eggs must be separated from the yolks.
2 large or 3 medium sized eggs.
4 eggs
i think its 1/2 a cup
Depends on how big the eggs are.
It depends on the size you want to make and the size eggs you have. I would suggest two if using large eggs
You can make, the simplest, scrambled eggs. There are so many recipes with beaten eggs. If you have beaten only whites, you can make a meringue. Also, there are souffles. Angel food cake, omeletts, the possibilities are endless. Here's a site with a page all about beating eggs in related links.
