Yes Naruto becomes hockage. After the battle between him and Sauske he goes to he village on the way to the village while thinking he reveald that sauske didnt die just knocked out. Then at the village he says the truth . And for being fast, honest, and kinda defiating sauske he becomes hockage

no hes not naruto is to weak and stupid sasuke has a better chance if he didnt wander off to orochimaru
