Sesshomaru's main reason for going after Naraku was that he was angry he had tricked him by giving him a human arm with a shard in it that was rigged to burn him alive, but then the reasons grew from Naraku kidnapping Rin, trying to absorb him, and mostly becuase he talks down to him as if he's stupid (which is the biggest ager indusing thing to Sesshomaru next to comparing him to Inuyasha).
Basically he is trying to kill Naraku for trying to screw him over when they "allied" in one of the earlier episodes

∙ 15y agoWho told you he liked humans? He likes neither. Rin seems to be an exception and she has begun to warm him up to humans and later on he seems to except Inuyasha... But he doesn't really like either species.

Who does naraku love?
Naraku doesn't really love anyone. Naraku was once a human named Onigumo, a bandit who was caught in a fire. His body was so badly burnt he was unable to move anymore. In the last of his days he was nursed by Kikyo, the local priestess. In that time he soon fell in love with her. He was so desperate to be with her he sold his burnt body to demons for the ability to move again. They fused to produce naraku and half demon. The half human side of him still longs for Kikyo, so Naraku desperatly tries to rid himself of his human heart by moving it to another body.
