Fire would win if there was small amount of ice but I was thinking if it was a lot of ice maybe it could melt, and since its water it would put the fire out. correct me if I'm wrong allthough I think there might be a possibility that I'm right.

Ice because if ice melts i turns into water which extigwishes fire. Fire because when ice melts and turns into water the fire makes it evaporate.
