Fire would win if there was small amount of ice but I was thinking if it was a lot of ice maybe it could melt, and since its water it would put the fire out. correct me if I'm wrong allthough I think there might be a possibility that I'm right.

When it comes to extreme temperature limit fire wins. You can get heat beyond thousands of millions. Where as cold can only go as far as -273.15 Celsius. However the cold will win over time since cold doesn't feed on a fuel source as heat does. Cold simply grows like a fungus. Fire eventually starves its self.

i don't really understand your question but i will try to answer it. fire and ice are opposites. people like to use this comparison when they are describing how something is completely different from something else.
