USHER! he listened to Justin Bieber sing one of his songs. at first, he didnt know if he wanted to record a song for him. then, he sang another.. and that was the begging of JUSTIN BIEBER(:! usher told him that he could record a song for him & see how everything goes after that, like to see if enough people are fans after one song has been recorded. obviously, hes gotten pretty far. and usher just keeps helping him through errr'thaang. he's still recording for him today. thanks to USHER..we have JUSTIN BIEBER.
