Honda made a motorcycle called a "Phantom." It was silver and black and invoked the impression of a classic motorcycle from the '60s. The problem is that this bike was made from 2001 to 2010. The song "Bat Out of Hell" came out in 1993, and it is entirely possible that Jim Steinman used the lyrics in another song even earlier than that. So I'm not sure where the lyrics about a "silver black phantom bike" came from.
