Like any TV show, you have the benefit of enjoying the story, as well as finding fans that share your interest. However, the only thing is to know when to draw the line between being a fan and being obsessive, however in certain areas is more forgiving to people who dedicate themselves to something, and some are very against it.

Another is that you learn how to hold on to your dream(s) no matter what everyone else says or thinks.
It also teaches you some ninja history.
And it is a pleasure to watch!

Advantage:
- Better sense of humor and imagination
- being able to connect with your inner child
- a great form of relaxation from the evils of this world
- being able to relate to kids
Disadvantages:
- ONLY Cartoons will cause you to become unaware of what goes on around the world
- adults can act, believe and think like children
You don't have to worry about getting STDs.

Well the thing is.....The Naruto Manga has gone much further then the anime because the anime has many extra episodes that arent in the manga. If you want to see the extra episodes then i suggest watching it from the beginning. Because they are still making naruto shippuden episodes in Japan and are no where near what the manga is up too
