No. When Sasuke and Kakashi had a recent showdown Sasuke shot an arrow from his new sussanoo and Kakashi couldn't Dodge it so he used his mangekyou sharingan to teleport it. If Sasuke used that more times Kakashi would have to use is mangekyou sharingan more. if he uses it two or more times in a day he would die as we saw in his battle with pain. true, but kakashi can copy sasukes moves and use it to his own benefit and he has kamui. If he uses his 2 attacks wisely he should be able to survive. for example kakashi can just teleport the susanoo arrow at the weak point of sasukes susanoo as danzo pointed out where it was. also kakashi has mastered his lightning blade so that he has clones and wolfs made out of lightning to defend him but sasuke has mastered the mangekyou sharingan to another level surpassing kakashi and also has very strong wielding of his lightning affinity. sasuke will win now but if kakashi ever does what I mentioned above it can go either way.

Kakashi is stronger because he has the last level of Sharingan and Sasuke only has the third to the last.

Plus Kakashi's lightning blade is made out of pure lightning but Sasuke's if made out of Chakra. In Shippuden I know this didn't happen, but if Sasuke had to fight Kakashi, Kakashi could block Sauske's sword and then use Sharingan to kill him, but Kakashi would never do that.

but i think sasuke will win because chidori does have chakra and makes it more powerful. In sasuke vs kakashi battle episode 483 manga sasuke is badly beat up from battle with danzou so depending on how close the match is sasuke is stronger + sasuke has the double mangeko sharingan kakashi only has the mangeko

Wrong the one above me, matter of fact both wrong. We have no clue in how strong kakashi really is nor how will the game plan go for Sasuke. Yes it's a fact that Sasuke has some strong tech with his sharingan knowing that Itachi gave him his tech. Also Madara can't take Danzous sharingan cause he "crushed" it before he died! ummm So I think its oblivious to us at the moment!

oh please, Sasuke would totally win in a fight one-on-one, the odds are against Kakashi right now i mean he defeated Deidara, Itachi, Danzou AND Orochimaru even though he was ill and what did Kakashi did, he took Deidara's arm and he lost against Itachi and Kisame. As for Sharingans, Sasuke has Atamerasu, Susano'o and what does Kakashi has: Some freakish blackhole thingy that make him breath heavily everytime he uses it.
