sometimes hinata can be quite strong as she knows the twin lion fists, 'juho soshiken'. but really she is quite weak but in front of naruto she turns strong. although she couldn't stand up to pain.

Well, she couldn't stand up to Pain because she was fighting by herself. Naruto had a lot of assistance. The main reason he won is becaue he had the knoweledge of Pain's abilities. If anyone had the info he had(except Ino), they could've beat Pain. He also had the help of Ma and Pa Toad, Katsuyu, the Kyuubi, Minato, and Hinata herself. If Hinata never jumped in, the Kyuubi would never have activated and Naruto would still be pinned to the ground. In addition, even if he managed to get unpinned on his own, he's never survive that black hole without the Kyuubi. The main thing that makes Hinata "weak" is not her fighting strength, but her mental strength. Her self esteem is very low. A lot of people try to remind her how strong she is, but she doesn't really believe it.

never in her life because when they were little naruto help when those kids try to beat her up and then hinata train very hard to get where he at so she practice everytime and look how she became strong thank god i thoght she was gonna be weak forever but she wont move on

my guess is because they have their flaws, I don't really know much about Orihime, Rukia, or Karin, but I do know a few about Ino, Sakura and Hinata. Ino, well she's sort of a snob, Sakura, she's a little obsessive with Sasuke, and Hinata, she's shy, and has a crush on Naruto. Now I think it's kinda stupid for people to have anger towards someone who is a fictional character and is not a bad guy. I can't say much with Ino but with Sakura and Hinata, they start out as kinda outcasts in a way. Sakura was insecure about her forehead, and Hinata felt like she was weak and couldn't change herself, they both grow out of their problems and become very strong ninjas. but what really upsets me is that people always say that Hinata is a slut or is too shy, or she's weak. Hinata is none of these, and the only reason why they think she's a slut is 'cause of the fan art that people make of her. the reason I don't like people talking bad about Hinata is because I'm a shy person and Hinata helped me understand just because I'm shy doesn't mean I'm weak. Also this is how the author made them, so if you hate the characters then you pretty much hate the one who created them.
