∙ 12y agonone, naruto and sakura ave never kissed, naruto has never really kissed a girl, except if it was mouth to mouth resesitation(sorry dont know how to spell it) or in on movie there was some sort of "kiss of death"(didnt see that movie so i dont know)

Actually, they kissed 2 times. The first time being at the academy, which was pretty close to the beginning of the series. One kid bumped Naruto into Sasuke which caused them to kiss. The second time was a Shippuden filler episode, where Sasuke and Naruto got their hands stuck together and tried jumping down a waterfall to break free. Which caused them to get caught on a rock and fly up. Both yelling, they ended up kissing each other. A little detail spotted was when they fell back down into the water. The splash made a shape of a heart. Sasuke also did a small blush after the kiss.

∙ 9y agoNaruto and Sasuke kissed once, but it can't really be called a kiss. They fell face first into each other, and neither were exactly happy about it.

I believe the only kiss in the anime (mouth-mouth) is when someone accidentally bumped into Naruto and made him kiss Sasuke in the 1st or 2nd episode. In the Manga I totally forgot because there are so many.
