How do you send a tweet to Justin Bieber?

Justin has to be following you for you to DM him.

once he is following you go to his page and click options (it's right beside the lists icon near the top of his page.) and then click direct message. it should take you to your mailbox and you can DM him.

After you have made a twitter account you compose a new tweet, somewhere in the tweet you have to include @justinbieber (as that is his username), once you send, he will be notified that he has been mentioned in a tweet. However he gets so many tweets a day he might not see yours.

You would just go to a Justin Bieber fan site and see if the website has a thing to send him gifts. It is only in a few websites
